Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or other operational factors.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using multiple carriers and fulfillment partners.

Because we work with multiple suppliers and brands, shipping times and delivery locations may vary by product.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances outside of our control

3. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


4. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
