GREET Dog Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your order. GREET Dog works with a mix of independent brands, makers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners, so return eligibility can vary by product.
This policy explains our general return rules. If a product page lists a more specific return rule, that product-specific rule controls for that item.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging when possible
- Returned with proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
Because many products are fulfilled by independent brand partners, some items may be final sale or not eligible for return.
Non-returnable or limited-return items may include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Food, treats, chews, supplements, or consumable products
- Used, worn, washed, opened, or damaged items
- Hygiene-sensitive pet products
- Gift cards
- Clearance, sale, or final sale items
- Products restricted by a brand partner’s return policy

4. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected
Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item claim, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility
- We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for approved returns.
6. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the packaging, if relevant
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, repair option, or another reasonable solution depending on the product, brand partner, and situation.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because products may ship from different brand partners or warehouses.
If you want a different size, color, or item, contact us first. If your original item is eligible for return, we may ask you to return it and place a new order.
8. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and other non-product charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
9. Partner-Fulfilled Products
Some products sold by GREET Dog are fulfilled directly by independent brand partners, makers, suppliers, Shopify Collective partners, or third-party warehouses.
Because of this, return addresses, return eligibility, processing times, and return instructions may vary by product.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has started processing, shipped, or been sent to a fulfillment partner.
11. Customer Support
Even when an item is not eligible for return, we still want to help. If something feels off with your order, reach out and we’ll review it as fairly as we can.
