At GREET Dog, we strive to provide high-quality products from many independent brands. Because return policies vary by brand and product type, please review the specific return eligibility noted on each product page before purchase.

General Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product page or our support team confirms eligibility.
  • Made-to-order, handmade, custom, hygiene-sensitive, food/treat, opened, used, worn, final sale, clearance, and partner-restricted items are generally not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in original packaging unless otherwise specified.
  • Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to GREET Dog or partner error.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@greetdog.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Return Process

  • Do not send returns without contacting support first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Windows

Exchanges and Store Credit
